Its A Girl!!!!

Well it's another wet day here and what else to do but craft.  The dogs are refusing to go out this lunchtime because they got soaked this morning and I have caught up finally with all my outstanding chores, so its hands down and off we go.

Before I start crafting here is a wee quickie card I made yesterday for an Italian lady in the village.  She has been over her for 30/40 years and still has not fully grasped the language, so its hard to make out exactly what she wants on her cards.  So I make up and hope for the best, she said simple but sweet.

I must say welcome to another two followers Carole and Lilakat and I have also discovered who my anonymous follower is and it wonderful to know who she is.

So here is my contribution for today.

Ingredients for this are
5x7 White card
pink card from stash
Spellbinders Basic Lattice Die
New Baby embelishment from Heartwarmers Die Cut Toppers
Peeloffs, and other embelishments from my stash

Well Ladies as I usually do, I eagerly await your comments/sugestions on this simple card, will really have to get my finger out and make more cards for posting as in the past I did not photograph them and my stock is running low.

  3. A simple but pretty card Wilma. There seems to be a lot of baby girls around at the moment. Like you I never photographed my cards until I started my blog - so if I don't make a card I have nothing to post! Have a good day. Christine x

Simple but very sweet, great card, love the little feet, hee hee.
Thank you for your concern with Zorbas, my dog, I know times like these are the hardest, I will jusr make the most of the time I have left with him, that is all I can do now.
As you know I am a dog groomer, and your two little cuties, are my favourite breed and my favourite to cut, it is what I am known for - my Llasa Apso Teddy Cut, hee hee.

    1. Hey when can I book them in? Wish I lived near you, I think they would love you. I got Shaolin the male 6 years ago, I was suffering "work related stress" and did not want to go out and thought a dog would do me good. Well he sure did I love him to bits. Mei Li the bitch and is she a bitch at times, rules the roost, she came along, long story but I delivered the litter she was in, no experience of dogs having pups. She was No 5 and I had to have her, caused an uproar at home, hubby said no, but I got round him..I love my dogs so much, my only son died at 18 and not having grandchildren, the dogs are my life.
Oh boy here I go again War and Peace sorry for rambling. Take care of Zorba plenty love and kisses.

  10. Wilma such a sweet card. I know what you mean when someone asks you to do something but have no idea what they want. I make baby gifts ie nappy cakes and gift bags and you hear some of the things they want. I have been asked to do a gift up in a child's size Top Hat, still trying to get my head round how I will do it !!! Might get Patricia to show it on her blog when I have made it.
